We are based on the borders of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

We’re dedicated to teaching high quality Traditional and Practical Shotokan Karate, so come along and learn this inspiring martial art.

Founded in September 2003, Ataru are affiliated to the Japan Karate Association.
