Karate for children, adults and families

Children and teenagers

Karate gives young people a positive way to develop concentration, coordination, self-discipline and confidence. Classes are structured, supportive and focused on steady progress, with clear goals that encourage students to keep learning.

Adult beginners and returning students

You do not need previous experience or a particular level of fitness to begin. Adult students can improve mobility, strength, balance and stamina while learning traditional Shotokan karate in a friendly club environment.

Families training together

Our mixed-age sessions give parents and children the opportunity to learn a rewarding activity together. Each student works at their own level while sharing the motivation and enjoyment of regular training.
