Training at Meppershall

The earlier session gives younger students a clear introduction to fundamental techniques, coordination, concentration and dojo etiquette. The mixed-age class suits beginners, teenagers, adults and families, while the later session provides focused training for higher grades.

Training includes kihon, kata and controlled partner work. Students progress according to experience and ability; you do not need a particular fitness level before starting.
