Training at Stondon

The children’s session introduces fundamental techniques, balance, coordination and respectful dojo practice. The middle class supports beginners and mixed-age family training, while the later session gives higher grades time for more advanced work.

Students learn traditional Shotokan karate through kihon, kata and progressive partner exercises. New students are introduced to each element in a controlled and supportive way.
