Wednesday sessions include classes for younger beginners, mixed-age students and higher grades. The venue is convenient for Stondon, Henlow, Arlesey, Shillington and Shefford. Free on-site parking and public-access EV charging points are available.
Which class should I attend?
Complete beginners and returning students are welcome. Children normally start in an introductory session, while teenagers, adults and families can be matched to a suitable mixed-age class. Higher grades also have dedicated training opportunities.
Please contact the club before attending. Tell us the student’s age, preferred venue and any previous karate experience, and we will recommend the appropriate session.
